The PeerQuest Model

PeerQuest is unique in the world of executive recruiting, in that we utilize the talent and experience of individuals who have actually done the job in real life.

Every candidate we send an organization has been thoroughly vetted, interviewed, and voted on by a specialized PeerQuest Review Board. (Interim or Permanent)

Former/current college presidents will question presidential candidates, while seasoned academic professionals question academic candidates, enrollment professionals question enrollment candidates, etc...

We believe people who understand the challenges and nuances of a position, should help decide who PeerQuest recommends for hire.


The PeerQuest Process

Our process begins with an in-depth conversation with your leadership team in order to get a good sense of your campus culture, fiscal condition and mission. Our goal is to find someone who is not only a good fit for your campus, but also to ensure the campus culture fits the needs of our candidates.

We strongly believe that building a successful team means a good fit for all parties and we know not every campus is a good match for every candidate.

Everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses, and every campus does as well. Our job is to ask the right questions and give honest answers. And this is why our PeerQuest Review Boards are so vital to the process.
