The PeerQuest Review Board
PeerQuest was founded on the belief that experience matters and that every client should feel confident in our ability to deliver a qualified candidate who is ready for the job on day one. That’s why we created a revolutionary new model based on the concept of Peer Review Recruiting.
Peer Review Recruiting means every candidate will have to run the gauntlet of being questioned by seasoned professionals in their field.
PeerQuest has created individual specialty teams consisting of 3-4 board members for each higher education segment:
Campus/Senior Leadership
Academic Leadership
Enrollment Management
Financial Aid/Business Office
Student Services/Support
Marketing/Communications
Information Technology
Often consisting of active professionals with full-time careers of their own, Review Board members are asked to provide specific days and times in which they are available to conduct team interviews with the final 3 candidates via Zoom.
Board members are then asked to vote for the final 2 candidates who will be invited to campus to meet the clients leadership team, where the final decision is then made.
Board members are compensated for their time by PeerQuest.
